Mobile app user terms

Login and access (administrator and employee)

To use the app, you need a username and password. Login details are created by the employer. As a user of this app, you need to confirm your email address.

Activate account

For secure login, every user needs a username and password. Login details are created by your employer and sent directly to your email. Confirm your email address by clicking the confirmation link included with the login details. To change your password, click forgotten password and follow the instructions.

The service

Bokning & Schema Online is part of Bird Vision AB. The service helps employers manage scheduling and lets you as a user log in through the app or at http://www.bokningoschema.se to see your upcoming work shifts. The app is free in the Google Play Store and does not contain advertising. Users can allow push notifications to receive alerts when an employer shares a new assignment or makes other changes.

Language

To change the language, use the language control at the top right. You do not need to log out to change language.

GPS coordinates (employees only)

The app can use your GPS coordinates. When you clock in or out through the app, your position may be shared with the system administrator or your employer. This feature is voluntary. As a user, you must approve location sharing when you log in to the app.
