From spreadsheets and paper notes to one platform
Bokning & Schema Online started in a cleaning company office in Stockholm in 2015. The founders were tired of juggling spreadsheets, post-it notes and three different apps just to plan a normal week — and even more tired of every "all-in-one" tool that turned out to be built for someone else’s business.
We built our first version for ourselves: a simple calendar with recurring assignments, an app for the team in the field, and time reports that actually fed straight into Fortnox. Other Swedish service companies asked if they could use it. So did their colleagues. Twelve years later we still build the same way — close to operators, with real teams testing every change.
Today we serve cleaning companies, facility services, home care, staffing, installation businesses and security teams across Sweden. We are headquartered in Stockholm with a small, focused team who answers the phone when you call.
